First Day of Kindergarden

Chris had his first day of school. It's a bitter sweet moment for a parent. I saw all the parents out there taking pictures and seeing their kids off to their first day of school. You are happy your kids have something to do during the day but at the same time it's not like you can go to chucky cheese or something in the middle of the day. For the majority of the time I have been the one home with them so this will be an interesting transition. It will be a lot of fun for all of us to sit down and do homework together. Chris wears uniforms (white or red shirts and blue or black bottoms.) What ever happened to khaki? His teacher Ms.Steele is great. She's young and doesn't seem to take any mess, she even has this hard butt chair for her timeout chair, something I keep telling Chris he doesn't want to get put in it.  Alex starts tomorrow and then it's off to me starting.

The life of single B

Well I got engaged in Feb and lets just say in July that all ended. Don't get me wrong for one second me and my ex love each other very much but I do believe wrong timing. We've known each other for about 8 years almost. I realize that with a man you can't rush things, hell why would you want to rush love. Why not let it work it's magic. 2 friends of mine made the mistake of getting married early and I will keep their identity confidential. But they are both looking at divorce now. The thing is ladies you don't need a man to make you happy, or help you fulfill your goals in life. Let me ask you this..when you break up do you still know who you are? do you still have the same goals in life? do you continue with your hobbies? did you drop your hobbies when you got into a relationship? Truth is many of us lose ourselves when we get into a relationship. We get too concerned with our man and forget about us. I believe the main key to any relationship is to stay true to yourself. It doesn't mean you have to be selfish or anything it just means exactly what is says.

Sunday Night (the white chocolate grill)

Sunday night was by far one of the best times ever. The White Chocolate Grill is where I ate at which is on the border of like phx and scottsdale. Parking was very easy and when you walk up to the doors you past a large fire pit that is surrounded by seating for guest to wait. The interior of this place is very sophisticated and calming. Your greeted by host who are very nice looking and are very polite. Our drink orders were ordered immediately ...i had a black cherry cocktail..very tasteful. They had this amazing deal called eat for two. You share an app (which I got the az egg rolls "amazing") then each person gets a salad, an entree, and then you share a desert. My Bestie got the citrus glazed salmon which was in running on Regis and Kelly and I totally get why. That Salmon was BOMB. I got the blackened Mahi that was topped off with crab meat, which was also damn excellent. We finished the night with a white chocolate brownie. Wish I was able to finish it. But here comes the surprise this amazing dinner only cost 28 per person. Ya whoever knew that a restaurant like that, could taste so damn good, have really good on point service and then was still affordable to your pocket. thewhitechocolategrill.com.  The other food prices ranged from 13-27. The really good thing about the website is it shows the prices, so you don't get there and are surprised by the prices and end up changing your mind and going somewhere else. I will definitely be visiting this place again and so should you.

I was in LA trick

Fri Aug 7 Me, my best friend Dre, and lil cuz Dominique decided to go to LA for the weekend. Haha so I drive a manual car-Toyota Corolla Sports Edition to be exact and we had to teach Dominique how to drive it so he could help drive. Lets just say my car has been through a lot. But we got to LA around noon, cruised hollywood, and waited in a long line to see the Michael Jackson star. I also Saw Danger from the Love of Ray J. She actually waved to me when I said her name, she looks like she is going to pop any day now (Yes she is prego). Our cuzzo Kristal took us in for the whole weekend. I love being able to stay with fam, especially in LA where hotels r not cheap. Lmao we tried to go to the club fri night..umm we definitely got lost. LA is not the place to drive, way too many damn highways. Sat we went to Roscoe's on Pico and then venice beach. Boogie boarding is an adrenaline rush and I got a henna tat on my side of music notes. Sat night went to Kubar Mediterranean Cafe and Hookah Bar on hollywood blvd (they have amazing wings there) and then sunday came right back home. What a great way to spend 200+ dollars.
